The nurse practitioners at the practice offer daily minor ailment clinics. They also offer a number of chronic disease clinics for the annual review of patients and monitoring of their conditions.

The practice nurses are available by appointment for general health advice, dressings, travel advice, immunisation and baby clinic. The Practice Nurse also offers some chronic disease clinics for annual reviews.

The healthcare assistants are available daily from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 1.30 to 5.30pm to help with blood pressure, simple dressings and routine health checks. Please make an appointment at reception.

Our practice has a team of administrators who work behind the scenes, updating medical records, producing private reports, inviting patients to attend for reviews, referrals to hospital, corresponding with external services and any other queries that may arise.
Reception
Our practice has a team of reception staff who answer your phone call, deal with queries or concerns and book appointments. Our reception team will ask your symptoms when booking appointments to ensure you are booked in with the appropriate clinician. Our reception team are fully trained and every encounter will be strictly confidential. We also have a team of reception staff who deal with medication queries.
